Methods

Clean language

Clean Coaching is an outcome orientated process using Clean Questions. Clean questions are a form of questions designed to keep the facilitators "stuff" out of the clients desired outcome. The facilitator does not advise, instruct, or make suggestions. this is the most effective and respectful way of helping others develop their skills, recognize their resources and enhance their confidence  in developing meaningful change in their lives.

Clean Language was developed by therapist David Grove in the 1980s.

Since its development, it is now becoming recognised as one of the most effective forms of coaching tool there is. Used alone or in tandem with other coaching processes, Clean methodologies enable the client to access a different quality of information and new routes to deep, sustainable change.

NLP

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and patterning.

Language determines how we influence and communicate with others, and ourselves. It is how we label our experience and much more. Empowering language generates empowered behavior. Likewise, negative thinking is the result of disempowering thoughts.

Unlike other approaches that tell you WHAT you need to do, NLP is a HOW TO technology. It tells and shows you HOW TO achieve what you want and HOW TO become the person you want to achieve your goals.

Cleanstep Model

The Cleanstep Model combines the cycle of change and the wheel of life method. The Cleanstep Model is mainly used for pre and post detox from drug and alchol dependency. The Cleanstep Model focuses exclusively on preparing the client for change.

This tool has been developed and sucsesfully used over a number of years by Julius Asiaw. Cleanstep Model has proven to be effective for use in group workshops and 1-2-1 coaching sessions with positive results. This method of intervention is copyright to the Cleansteps company
